Jeffrey L. Mikles, PMP
Senior Consultant and Project Manager

Mr. Mikles has more than 35 years of domestic and international management and consulting experience in the public and private sectors.

This includes project management in financial and operational auditing, consulting, finance and human resources.

Mikles is a specialist in procurement/contracts, staffing, workload analysis, and business process improvement. The projects Mikles has worked on have resulted in millions of dollars of reduced expenses, increased revenue, resource management and productivity improvements. Typical minimum return on investment has averaged 400%. Mikles holds the certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.

Athar Taha
Mr. Taha has over 6 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.

Athar Taha is an Electrical Engineer with six years of professional experience for the engineering of SCADA, high voltage electrical transmission grids and electric substations. He has served as Project Engineer for the Pearl Harbor, consolidation of two SCADA systems project where he produced Single Line Diagrams, Cost Estimates and participated in the development and production of the final report on the project.

Currently Mr. Taha is serving as Project Engineer for the Design Change Notice for the upgrade of Carmichael and Orangevale Substations for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District. Mr. Taha is also Project Engineer for Auriga’s contract with SMUD for review, investigation, manufacture observation, and installation supervision for new transformers onto existing substations. Mr. Taha also served as Field Engineer for SMUD’s investigation of substation faulting task order. He was responsible for observing, investigating and inspecting substation components that were giving transient faulting signals.
