Proposal Manager / Technical Writer

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proposal preparation and Writing.
  • Review Request for Proposals (RFP’s).
  • Perform Bid Evaluation.
  • Provide recommendations (Bid/No Bid).
  • Prepare proposal outline.
  • Prepare/Coordinate various proposal sections.
  • Prepare draft/final proposal.
  • Prepare cost estimates.
  • Follow up and respond to client questions/clarifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Masters degree is preferred.
  • 5 – 10 Years experience in similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be a team player.
