Mr. Rudolph has been in the Information Technology field for over 25 years, including Aviation, Aerospace/Defense, City and County Government , Transit, Finance, Commercial and Public Utilities sectors.
His strengths are in complex information technology systems, software development, and strategic planning. He is a technology and business visionary with executive and hands-on experience in automating large scale enterprises. He has a strong record of success in creating robust IT architecture and infrastructure. |
Mr. Rudolph has a proven ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while managing costs and risks. His experience includes IT Department management, budgeting and cost control, organization and staff development, staff management and team building, strategic analysis and internal consulting, quality IT delivery and project management, technology architecture and integration, leading edge software development, electronic commerce strategy/ development, development and deployment of ERP, applications development, internet experience including e-commerce, and providing strategic direction to senior management on technology. He is passionate about information security and has spoken to many groups on the topic and on implementing information technology in a corporate environment.
