Auriga’s Project Management approach and methodology is similar to the approach defined by Project Management Institute (PMI). We routinely use this approach for an effective and comprehensive project management for our projects.

Auriga's Project Management approach is based on current best practice Project Management methodologies that we have successfully developed and used in many past projects. Our approach is based on our solid foundation, as an ISO 9000 compliant company. We are also constantly monitoring and following leading trends in Project Management ideas and procedures published by Project Management authorities like the Project Management Institute (PMI), in order to maintain our edge in the Project Management field. Our experienced Project Management team has, on average, more than 20 years of experience in project management services, working with public and private sector organizations. Currently we are providing Project Management services to several organizations including SamTrans, and California Department of Water Resources.

Tools and Models

Over the years Auriga have used numerous Project Management tools and project models in order to meet client needs, while utilizing proven methodologies and vast experiences in the field. Our standard tools include a suite of Microsoft products including MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel. However, we have used a wide variety of other tools including, but not limited to, Primavera, CA Superproject, SAP PS, CriticalPath, Documentum etc.

With the help of these tools, Auriga consistently accomplishes the key objectives of the Project Management team in implementing the selected project model. Auriga’s experience include the implementation of a set of Project Management and development models including, gate models, spiral models, waterfall models, rolling wave work structure planning, and various other thick or thin models.
