Project Management

Auriga’s Project Management approach and methodology is similar to the approach defined by Project Management Institute (PMI). We routinely use this approach for an effective and comprehensive project management for our projects.

Auriga’s Project Management approach is based on current best practice Project Management methodologies that we have successfully developed and used in many past projects. Our approach is based on our solid foundation, as an ISO 9000 compliant company. We are also constantly monitoring and following leading trends in Project Management ideas and procedures published by Project Management authorities like the Project Management Institute (PMI), in order to maintain our edge in the Project Management field. Our experienced Project Management team has, on average, more than 20 years of experience in project management services, working with public and private sector organizations.
