Authority, Orange County Transportation Authority
and Washington Metropolitan Area Transportation Authority. |

Don Kruszenski
Director of Business Development
Don Kruszenski is Director of Business Development
for Auriga Corporation, where he helps state and local
government and transportation agencies address important
issues and become more productive in carrying out
their missions. Don is a multi-disciplined professional
with over 25 years of senior
management and project experience in diversified
high technology and professional services. |
Mr. Kruszenski has led business development and consulting
initiatives in previous affiliations with companies that
include Oracle, Rockwell International, A. T. Kearney, EDS
and General Electric. In management roles for these companies,
he spearheaded sales development programs, established cooperative
alliances and delivered professional services in both the
private and public sector. He also led business development
and marketing campaigns for several start-up companies in
e-procurement and web-based project management software.
His early career included design and systems engineering
roles in defense electronics and minicomputers where he
applied advanced technology to equipment and instrumentation
solutions.

Randy Rudolph
Director, Information Technology Services
Mr. Rudolph has over 25 years experience in Information Technology.
He has worked in the Information Technology field for
over 25 years, including Aviation, Aerospace/Defense,
City and County Government, Transit, Finance,
Commercial and Public Utilities sectors. Mr. Rudolph’s
strengths are in complex information technology
systems, software development, and strategic
planning. He keeps current of new technology by
participating on many technology conference boards,
and is a frequent speaker at many conference and
seminars, and to various local and civic organizations. |

Robert Imazumi
Business Development/ Marketing Manager
Mr. Imazumi has over 25 years of experience in
business development and marketing of
Architectural and Engineering Services to public
and private clients.
He has led and participated in projects ranging from
technical feasibility and planning to comprehensive
design, build, own and operate projects.
His business development and marketing experience
has included clients such as; PG&E, Lawrence
Livermore National Laboratory, US Corps of Engineers,
US. Department of Energy, Idaho Power Company and
Bonneville Power. He served as Public Relations
Liaison for the Denver International Airport and as
Minority Business recruiter for the Los Angeles Transit
District. He also served as a member of the Alameda
County Transportation Improvement Authority’s
(ACTIA) Watchdog committee, and is a member of
Asian American Architects and Engineers (AAAE).

Jim Cleveland
Principle Consultant
Mr. Cleveland supports municipal transit agencies with
automatic fare collection management and engineered
solutions. He also leads Auriga’s multi-modal transportation
systems design and integration services business. Jim is a
licensed professional engineer with over 25 years experience that
includes commercial nuclear control systems design, fare
collection net-centric system design, quality assurance and
international senior project management.
Mr. Cleveland was vice president and division manager of Parsons
Revenue Collection Management Systems. In this capacity he led
project managers and engineers on numerous automatic fare
collection and electronic toll collection procurement, installation
and commissioning for municipal agencies. He founded System
Engineering Associates, an engineering consulting company that
provided professional engineering services to the transportation
and electric utility industries.
