Parkash Daryani has more than 25 years of experience in Energy Management, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Distribution Automation, Smart Card, Telecommunication and Information Technology systems.
He has extensive experience in managing large and complex projects both nationally and internationally. He has managed large and complex control and telecommunications projects in the US and other countries such as Guam, India, Egypt, Hungary, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Serbia (Former Yugoslavia). Currently, he is managing several SCADA/EMS and Telecommunications projects for electric power utilities in the US and other countries.
Previously, he held management positions at Macro Corporation and Bechtel.

Tom Gibson, PMP has nearly 40 years of experience in Transit Rail Systems involving marketing & sales, project management, engineering, manufacturing and construction throughout the U.S., Asia, Europe and Latin America. He has managed the integration of large, complex, foreign and domestic, rail installations, OCS, communication, signaling/CTC system and Light Rail Vehicle projects.
He has managed over $1 billion in long-term contracts with an annual turnover in excess of $75 million per year with a consistent record of on time, under budget with increased margins performance while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. His experience includes development of new markets in Asia totaling $160 million over five years; opening and closing as market conditions dictate, of off-shore companies, Joint Ventures, Licensee and cooperative Agreements in S. Korea, China, Mexico and Brazil; and coordination of the sales and marketing activities of a large multi-national systems engineering company.
