Director of Rail & Transit Systems

Job Description:

• Manage existing Systems Engineering and Project Management and Construction Management (PM-CM) projects in the Rail & Transit industry.
• Provide technical leadership and directions to the project teams.
• Make sure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
• Interface with clients to make sure Auriga is delivering high quality services.
• Identify new business opportunities in the Rail & Transit industry.
• Responsible for proposal preparation and submission.
• Responsible for contract negotiations and execution of contracts.
• Responsible for Profit & Loss of Rail & Transit Business Unit.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Management and Business Development.
• Ability to interface with various technical groups and management, including clients, at all levels.
• Customer focused with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required.
• High energy and motivation levels are required.
