Auriga Corporation currently has the following vacancies in the San Francisco, California Office: 

HR and Administrative Support

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in divisional HR projects including converting existing paper-based requisition process to electronic SharePoint workflow by working with potential users to gather requirements and collaborate with business analysts to develop and improve an existing process. 
  • Administration and management of HR SharePoint workflow. 
  • Assist with all divisional HR-related inquiries or requests. 
  • Schedule meetings Assist with the recruitment process, interviews, and HR events, and maintain agendas. 
  • Assist with the divisional recruitment process. 
  • Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team. 
  • Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires. 
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. 
  • Support other functions as assigned. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Masters’ Degree is preferred 
  • 2 – 3 Years of Experience in a Similar Position 
  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written) 
  • Must be a Team Player

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $17.00 – $27.00 per hour
