Project Manager – CAD/AVL and Radio Communications Systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 -15 years experience performing needs assessments and alternatives analysis, and developing strategic plans, cost estimates, and technical specifications for CAD/AVL and radio communication systems.
• Minimum 10 -15 years experience supporting procurement, negotiations with vendors, and providing oversight of CAD-AVL and radio communications systems.
• Must have worked with five (5) or more transit operators/agencies in issues related to CAD/AVL and radio communications systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Master’s Degree is preferred.
