Proposal Manager / Technical Writer
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proposal preparation and Writing.
- Review Request for Proposals (RFP’s).
- Perform Bid Evaluation.
- Provide recommendations (Bid/No Bid).
- Prepare proposal outline.
- Prepare/Coordinate various proposal sections.
- Prepare draft/final proposal.
- Prepare cost estimates.
- Follow up and respond to client questions/clarifications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Masters degree is preferred.
- 5 – 10 Years experience in similar position.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must be a team player.
