Business Development Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify Potential Business Opportunities
  • Update and Maintain Marketing Database
  • Coordinate Weekly Marketing Meetings
  • Review Request for Proposals (RFP’s)
  • Prepare Bid/No Bid RFP Evaluation Report
  • Prepare Proposal Outline
  • Formulate a Proposal Team
  • Prepare/Coordinate Various Proposal Sections
  • Prepare Draft and Final Proposals
  • Compile/Print/Ship Final Proposals
  • Follow up and Respond to Client Questions/Clarifications
  • Negotiate and Finalize Contracts

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Masters Degree is preferred
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience in Similar (BD/Marketing) Position is required
  • Related Experience in Electric/Water Utilities and Rail/Trasit Industry is desirable
  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be a Team Player
