Clipper Card integration into the SF Muni system Clipper is the all-in-one transit card that keeps track of any passes, discount tickets, ride books and cash value that can be used on most Bay Area regional transit systems.

Scope of Services:

Auriga Corporation provided project management services to Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) for full launch of the TransLink® Fare Payment System Program.

The scope of services includes the following:

  • Support First Article Testing for Phase 2.3 hardware release.
  • Evaluate protocols and make recommendations to improve the quality assurance process across various divisions to ensure the successful installation and commissioning of TransLink® On Board Equipment.
  • Develop documentation and procedure to facilitate a smooth transition from the TransLink® contractor to SF Muni staff for operation and maintenance of the TransLink® System.
  • Conduct training for the Maintenance department, Station Operators, and Proof of Payment staff.

Collaborate with the SFMTA Executive team to facilitate the support for the resolution of key Muni policy issues affecting TransLink® implementation.
